SETA is a professional organization promoting workforce development excellence and professionalism. While SETA's dynamic history extends back for 30 years, our focus is squarely on the future! 

   
Although the majority of our members come from the eight state region in the Southeast, a growing number of professionals are joining SETA from other states, as well as Puerto Rico. SETA welcomes every workforce development professional and board member with an interest in getting better and doing better for our customers!
